About the Department
The department of Microbiology teaches BSMS students about microrganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. It helps students undersand infectious diseases and their prevention linking microbiology with siddha medicine.
Vision
To develop Competent siddha physicians with strong knowledge in microbiology for effective diagnosis, prevention and management of infectious diseases
