In this Department all kinds of Neurological disorders and skin diseases are treated.Psoriasis,Eczema, Pakka vatham (Hemiplegia), Facial Palsy, Monoplegia, degenerative diseases like Cervical spondylosis,Lumbar spondylosis are some of the diseases which attention is given. Traditional bone setting is also done which has found to give good results especially for economically deprived patients.

External therapies are given focus like Varmam, Massage, Kalikam, Nasiyam etc.
